Written by lawyers who build.
SAMVIDENT is contract intelligence built by practising lawyers. It reads every clause in context, explains every change it suggests, and remembers every agreement long after it is signed.

In Sanskrit, one word means both contract and consciousness. Nobody built what it meant. Until now.
Built inside a law practice. Not beside one.
SAMVIDENT began where contract work actually happens: at a desk, late, with three versions of the same agreement open. The people who started it were practising lawyers, not technologists looking for a market. They knew where the risk sits in a contract, and how easily it is missed.
General AI could write fluent text. It could not tell you that an amendment had changed a definition forty pages earlier, or that a carve-out had undone the cap. So we built a system that reads a contract the way a careful lawyer does: clause by clause, with every connection in view.
Today SAMVIDENT reviews, redlines and remembers contracts for law firms and in-house legal teams. Every change it suggests carries a reason. Every answer points to its source. The lawyer still decides.
