What these terms cover
These terms apply to samvident.ai, the early access desk and our correspondence with you (together, “the Site”).
When an organisation uses the SAMVIDENT platform, that use is governed by the written agreement between that organisation and SAMVIDENT. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
Early access
Submitting a request does not create a right to access. We decide whom to invite, on what terms and for how long.
Early access features are provided for evaluation. They may change, be suspended or be withdrawn without notice.
Your content
You retain all rights in the documents and information you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and analyse Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not use Your Content to train any model — whether general-purpose, specialist, fine-tuned or evaluation — or for any derivative use of customer content. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content, including any confidentiality or consent required from third parties.
Not legal advice
Outputs are analytical aids. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer and client relationship with SAMVIDENT.
Every output should be reviewed by a qualified professional before it is relied on. The decision, and responsibility for it, remains with you.
Acceptable use
You will not: use the Site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Site or the service; introduce malicious code; or use the Site to build a competing product.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Intellectual property
The Site, the platform, Legantology and all related software, content, methods, names and marks are owned by SAMVIDENT or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Feedback you choose to give may be used by us without restriction or obligation.
Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will be complete or correct for your circumstances.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SAMVIDENT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you hold where you live.
